Timekeeping: Enhance the accountability and flexibility of your mobile workforce with timekeeping. Employees can seamlessly clock in and out using a mobile handset or tablet. Administrators have access to a comprehensive view of all time punch activities on a single screen and can review a user’s activity history timeline. Employee activity is consolidated into a report that can be integrated with timesheets. Administrators also have the option to view employee activity overlaid on a map.

Mobile Forms: Transition from paper forms to electronic versions to boost your business efficiency. Wireless forms supplement traditional paper forms when directly sent to employees’ mobile devices. Digital receipts, photo capture, and email functionalities work cohesively to facilitate information exchange. Job Order Dispatching: Improve productivity through ENCORE’s job dispatching capabilities.
